Initial and monthly fees

The initial fee is for understanding your business and preparation on our part. We basically accept payment by the start date of the consultation, but please consult with us if there is any delay due to the closing date.

The monthly fee is the complete set of costs for monthly consulting. No other fees will be charged. In the case of actual expenses or travel expenses, we will always confirm such expenses by chatting with you or other means that will be recorded.

Payment is due at the end of the month and at the end of the following month.

About Online Consultation Tools

Consulting services are basically provided via online chat tools or groupware. The tools used will be adapted to your company’s needs to the extent possible.

If you have no particular preference, we use Slack or Chatwork, depending on the size of the project. Both are available free of charge.

We basically use ZOOM for video conferencing, but we can handle most anything, including Teams and GoogleMeets.

About the Monthly Action Plan

At the time of the initial diagnosis, we will make a proposal and a task list of what we would like to achieve in six months to a year.

We will discuss the pros and cons of the project within your company first, and then work with us to determine the final goal, the tasks to be performed, and the person in charge of them.

Once that is decided, we will break down what we will do on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, we will send you a policy outlining this month’s progress and next month’s tasks.

About Web Method

We offer our accumulated video methods related to the use of the Web to our customers under contract free of charge. After signing a contract, we will send you information on how to view the videos.

About External Sales Representative

In recent years, we have seen a tremendous increase in web-related proposals from forms and outbound calls. However, we understand that in some cases you may not be able to decide whether the content is worth listening to or not. We also understand that you may not want to spend the time to do so.

Therefore, we will forward any outside sales to us for screening, and we will contact your company for any possible need, including the reason for the need.

In the case of plans that allow advisory notation, there is no problem if the client is asked to “contact our company, the advisor, regarding sales.

About Second Opinions

*Because of many requests, we have made this a standard feature for Basic Plan and above.

We understand that there may be times when a proposal needs to be scrutinized by the production company you are already using or a competition is being held in a different department. In such cases, we can provide a second opinion.

You may refer to us as the source of a second opinion, or you may give us your company’s opinion.

We can also be present at your presentation, but please consult with us as it depends on the location and time. We will separately estimate the cost of transportation and attendance.

If you have had previous dealings with us, we will let you know in advance so that you can decide whether you would like a second opinion (of course, we will make a neutral decision).

Production Discounts

In the course of daily consulting, I think there are times when production (websites, programs, etc.) is needed, but there is no time to do it, or no one to ask.

We use an outsourcing network that allows us to provide production services at a relatively low cost. We offer discounts to our consulting members. Please refer to the plan chart for discount rates.

About the number of people to be handled

This is the number of people who will participate in the online consultation and videoconference. This includes those who attend only the auditing sessions. Additions are available for a fee.

There are no restrictions on the number of people who can view the content of this consultation or the recording of the videoconference in your company. Please consider this as the number of people you will be dealing with directly.

*Please refrain from using inappropriate common sense, such as signing up only one person in a group of private business owners and asking all other people’s questions through that person.

About the Report

We will send you a monthly review report at the end of each month. Please note that this is not a so-called access analysis report, although it includes the contents of the access analysis tool. The reason for this is that there are few things you can notice just by looking at access analysis tools.
