As a framework, the 3C’s are often used first in competitive research, but we also use other macro strategies such as the 4P’s of the marketing mix, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and so on.

However, often, when we only look at the data, we become so preoccupied that we fail to recognize the bias in our own thinking and are unable to come up with new and exciting ideas.

Therefore, I recommend that you add as much information as possible that you can see and feel, such as through physical store surveys, and then consider strategies and tactics based on that information.

We recommend that you experience this as a “customer-facing survey” for both your company and your competitors.

What kind of customer service would you like to receive and what kind of information would you like to have on your website? By experiencing these things, you will get closer to the customer’s perspective. It is difficult at first if you are thinking with your head.
