If the battle is already fierce to some extent, it is better to look at how other companies are competing to get a realistic conclusion.
Also, from a zero-based perspective, the results may have already been nullified in a battle of the strong. Nullification is a situation where “the whole company has covered that and there is no point in claiming it” and “there are a lot of selling messages being issued that negate it”.
For market development, we recommend a zero-based approach, but if you are entering an existing market, we recommend analyzing the current battle.
